At Spratt Advisory my approach is shaped not only by professional training but by real-life experience. I understand what it feels like to be on the receiving end of an investigation, disciplinary process, tribunal or regulatory inquiry because I have been there myself. As both an employee and an employer I have faced difficult moments where the guidance offered was unclear, incomplete or simply not supportive. These experiences were stressful, isolating and often confusing but they taught me exactly what good representation should look like.

I was once let down by my own staff association and had to manage my case alone, thankfully to a successful conclusion. The steep learning curve gave me insight that no classroom ever could. Later, as an employer I faced pressures from the opposite side of the table, dealing with the responsibility, uncertainty, and risk that employers know all too well. I’ve also experienced the intensity of an in-chamber hearing and have personally supported transport operators through the scrutiny of a Public Inquiry. These moments have stayed with me and they influence how I help others.

Because of all this, my work is built on empathy, clarity and practical guidance. I know how overwhelming these situations can feel and I understand why you need advice that is straightforward, honest and genuinely supportive - not buried in jargon or delivered without context. These are the reasons I undertook a Law Degree at University of Ulster, Magee as a very mature student! I wanted clarity, I wanted understanding and I wanted to use that knowledge to support others.
